Richard A. Gurfein is a past president of the
Preston J. Douglas graduated from Tufts University with a B.A. in Biology and from Brooklyn Law School with a J.D. He is admitted to practice in both New York and Florida. Mr. Douglas' practice takes him to both state and federal courts across the country.



Susan Benoit is a graduate of Hunter College and has spent the better part of her career protecting the rights of her clients. She has developed an expertise in plaintiff's personal injury cases.
Ken Lo graduated Rutgers College with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Economics. His vast experience in customer service and his work experience dealing with the public made him an excellent choice as the Office Manager of Gurfein Douglas.
